Driver broke at hosel

Broke an adjustment cog on my X2 Hot hosel. I called Callaway and they are happy to send me one free of charge but they don't know when they're going to get them. I found a couple of the entire adapter sleeves on Amazon but they seem a little shady. They're not very expensive at all but I don't want to spend money on a piece of garbage.  · Most likely culprit is a shortcoming in the installation - probably sharp edges on the hosel owing to the head not being coned out properly.
